The company cares about selling products that're good for people and the environment.
They faced few big problems:
Their ad spend was not sustainable.

IncX partnered with the company and took over. The first thing they did was try to make money from the ads that were not doing well.
In November the company was not doing great. They spent a total of ₹382,863 on Facebook and Google. They only got ₹122,194 back. This meant for every rupee spent on ads they only got a RoAS of 0.32. The cost of making one sale was ₹3,245, which was quite high.
To turn things around for December our growth team did the following:
Took the wasted money spent on Google ads and used it for Facebook ads that were working better.
Made groups of people who were likely to buy things and showed them the ads.
Lowered the cost per sale by showing people ads that are just for them and redirecting them to our website.
Results
The change from November to December was really good:
Sales growth increased from 118 to 242.
Monthly revenue rose from ₹122,194 to ₹237,789.
Cost per sale decreased from ₹3,245 to ₹1,573.
IncX helped the company make a change by moving money to better areas. The strategy focused on consumer groups that worked well for the client.

Did twice as many transactions.
Made their marketing campaigns three times more efficient.
